Details Of The Text: in Paisācī Pkt. by Guṇaḍhya; non ̶ extant; in two recensions known through their Skt. adaptations ̶ (1) Kathāsaritsāgara of Somadeva. (NCC. III. p. 136b) and Bṛhatkathāmañjarī of Kṣemendra representing the Kashmiri recension and (2) Bṛhatkathāślokasaṅgraha of Budhasvāmin representing the Nepal recension. Ref. to by early prose writers.
